Overview RPS is seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to a variety of customers over the telephone and through written correspondence. This role is responsible for servicing existing clients by identifying and assessing customer needs, responding to inquiries, and ensuring issues are resolved accurately and professionally. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism, establish positive rapport with every caller, and deliver timely, complete, and accurate information using the appropriate tools and resources. How you'll make an impact Provide customer service to a variety of customers via telephone and written communication. Service existing clients by identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction. Respond to customer service inquiries, both verbal and written. Follow up on customer issues, research problems, and process documents necessary to ensure successful resolution. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the correct methods and tools. Handle calls and correspondence that are mostly routine, with occasional deviation from standard procedures. Maintain professionalism and build strong, positive relationships with clients. About You Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Strong typing skills and basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including: MS Excel MS PowerPoint Outlook MS Word Skills and Behaviors Strong verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service mindset. Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions. Positive rapport-building skills with customers and clients.
