As a Claims Intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, develop business and customer service skills, and learn how insurance claims are investigated and resolved. What You'll Do Assist with auto physical damage claims. Support coverage reviews and liability investigations. Communicate with customers, repair facilities, and other stakeholders. Research claim information and maintain documentation. Utilize claims technology, including Guidewire. Participate in networking, mentorship, and professional development activities. What We're Looking For Education Currently enrolled as: A rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or A Master's degree student. Preferred majors include Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with strong attention to detail. Eager to learn and solve problems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Interest in business, analytics, customer experience, or insurance. Preferred Customer service, retail, office, or call center experience. Pay Transparency:

The typical starting pay range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at Mapfre are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

$20.00 - $22.00/hr
