Inbound Support Specialists Location:
Onsite Allen Park, Michigan Employment Type:
Contract Role Overview We are seeking dedicated Inbound Support Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist members with their health insurance claims. This role requires providing clear information, offering guidance on claim submissions, and resolving member issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information are necessary. Key Responsibilities Take inbound calls from clients regarding their health insurance claims and follow up with members on claim statuses. Assist members in understanding their health insurance coverage and claim processes. Provide detailed explanations of claims decisions and necessary next steps. Guide members through the process of submitting claims and appeals. Address and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Ensure members feel supported and informed throughout their claims process. Accurately document all client interactions and updates in the CRM system. Prepare and maintain reports on call outcomes and client feedback. Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure they are addressed promptly. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to privacy and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous experience in a call center environment.
Skills:
Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree. Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry. Knowledge of health insurance terminology and claims processing procedures. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation & Benefits The hourly rate for this position is $19.00.
