The ideal candidate would be someone who has previous experience in the title industry, someone who puts customer service at top priority, and someone that is detail oriented and precision-focused. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Request/Prepare Deeds, POAs, Trust Certs, and Affidavits. Review documents (ie. Trust, Divorce Decree) for vesting/signer issues. Prepares title docs, including affidavits and additional documents prepared at closing Collaborates with lender for balancing of Closing Disclosure Reviews loan closing documents Schedules closings with signing company / notary Any additional tasks needed to prepare for closing
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills- Must be polite, courteous and attentive to all customers, vendors and co-workers Effective and clear communication to co-workers, customers and outside vendors/clients Detail oriented Must be able to meet critical deadlines Ability to focus and multi-task Ability to resolve customer issues Ability to manage tasks independently Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change Strong organizational skills
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Previous title processing experience required (1-3 years)
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
