Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Insurance Processor in O'Fallon, MO Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm |$18-20 Essential Functions Assist agents in completing applications for new and renewal commercial insurance policies. Submitting, quoting and binding new and renewal policies at the discretion of the agents. Input client and policy information into customer database and agency software. Match endorsements received from carriers to client requests and process in agency software. Assist prospective customers by gathering information, answering queries and providing the documents necessary to obtain a commercial insurance quote. Non-Essential Functions Answer incoming telephone calls to provide excellent customer service to existing clients. Assist our policy services department in processing policy change requests for existing clients. Process miscellaneous documents received from various insurance carriers. Clerical duties such as managing records, reports and files. Accurate and deliberate data entry into various spreadsheets, forms and websites. Qualifications and Skills Current Property & Casualty Insurance License Knowledge of commercial lines insurance including Auto, General Liability, Commercial Property and Worker's Comp - personal lines knowledge will be considered Strong interpersonal skills Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Self-motivated Strong attention to detail Pride in getting work done accurately and timely Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Benefits while working with
