About the role Responsible for supporting core servicing and claims administration processes across the mortgage insurance lifecycle, from activation through claim payment. This role focuses on executing standardized tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and strong customer service while building foundational knowledge of MI operations. What you'll do Process routine servicing transactions, including activation support, premium processing, and basic certificate maintenance Assist with claims intake and documentation review for completeness Respond to standard customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) Support the Online Self-Service Portal by assisting users and escalating issues as needed Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities across systems and reports Assist in generating operational reports and tracking basic metrics Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to senior team members Participate in training and development activities to build MI knowledge Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Deliver stellar customer service to our Customers (Internal and External, Vendors and Business Partners Service the Anza book of business with an innovative and automation mindset to drive results while maintaining integrity and great attention to detail Assist other departments in their needs with a teamwork mindset and an overall big picture outlook of the Anza MI Corporation Qualifications Minimum Education Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Minimum Experience 3-5 years of relevant mortgage and/or financial services experience Minimum Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of customer service principles Ability to follow processes and procedures consistently Good organizational and time management skills Effective written and verbal communication Ability to learn quickly in a structured environment What We Offer We're committed to creating an environment where our team members can thrive both professionally and personally.
