Job Description
Responsibilities Open and process residential real estate files from contract through closing Order and review title searches, tax information, surveys, and municipal certifications Prepare title commitments and resolve title issues Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents Obtain payoff statements and verify mortgage information Schedule closings and ensure all required documents are received Maintain accurate file documentation and meet closing deadlines Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction Follow all company policies and industry compliance requirements Qualifications Required Previous experience as a Title Processor, Closing Processor, or in the title insurance industry Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Preferred Experience with title software such as AccuTitle, SoftPro, RamQuest, or similar Knowledge of New Jersey real estate transactions (Pennsylvania experience is a plus) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Health benefits Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement
