Job Description
A fast-paced title insurance company is seeking an experienced Title Insurance Processor to join our team in our Manalapan, NJ office. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a collaborative work environment and the opportunity to play a key role in the real estate closing process.
Schedule Monday:
8:30 AM- 5:00 PM Tuesday
Friday:
9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Responsibilities Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reviewing and clearing title issues Processing title orders from opening through closing Preparing HUD-1 Settlement Statements and Closing Disclosures Balancing figures and coordinating with lenders Communicating regularly with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions Ensuring files are processed accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of title processing experience New Jersey Title Insurance License required New Jersey Notary Public certification required Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Ability to manage multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced environment Technical Skills Proficiency with AccuTitle software Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including
