Essential Duties & Responsibilities Index mail. Input new losses into Claims System. Add/Transfer new losses, claim units. Complete ISO claim searches. Send claim correspondence. Receive, make and transfer phone calls. Other Duties Overtime required periodically. Qualifications Insurance Claims Knowledge; a basic understanding of the type of claims generated from a car accident. Ability to read a police report. Excellent Customer Service skills. Ability to handle high call volume. Ability to multitask. Knowledge in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to use imaging system. Work well in a team environment.
