Overview Come be part of our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Title Insurance Processor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of title commitments, and supporting customers in the overall mortgage and real estate transaction process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, great customer service, and understand the urgency of responding to emails and requests in a timely manner. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment that values precision, customer service, and excellent organizational skills.

•Min 1-2 years title, mortgage and/or real estate transactional experience with direct customer contact.

•Duties Review and process title insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare any endorsements/amendments to title as needed. Schedule closings, prepare closing packages, and make arrangements for outside closers to attend off-site closings. Communicate via email and/or phone with all parties related to the transaction to facilitate smooth transaction flow. Review title, clear title issues, prepare title commitments, and issue title insurance policies. Prepare HUD and/or Closing Disclosures and balance file with lenders when needed._ ( - Will Train) _ Perform escrow follow-up calls and coordinate releases. Skills Effective communication skills for coordinating with various persons involved in real estate transactions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing documents. Ability to proactively address and resolve issues heading into a real estate closing. Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, and an ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of preparing and balancing HUD and/or Closing Disclosures a plus. Familiar with ACRIS, Simplifile, county sites, and snapclose software a plus.

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
