Full Job Description Job Purpose:
The Warranty Admin is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution. This role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining detailed records, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims in an efficient and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with service departments, suppliers, and manufacturers to validate and expedite warranty claims. Maintain detailed and organized records of all warranty claims and related documentation. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve any issues related to warranty claims. Analyze warranty data to identify trends, report findings, and recommend improvements to reduce warranty costs. Ensure all warranty claims are processed within established timelines and follow up on any outstanding claims. Provide training and support to staff on warranty procedures and policies as needed. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve warranty processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warranty administration role or a similar position within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Proven track record of managing warranty claims and processing documentation efficiently. Experience working with warranty management software and systems.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of warranty processes and procedures, including claim submission and follow-up. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in documentation and data entry. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
