Epic PB/Claims Analyst Location:
Remote Role Overview Our organization is seeking a Senior Epic PB/Claims Analyst to support a healthcare client's Professional Billing team. This resource will help reduce a backlog of support tickets, provide hands-on claims support, and serve as a senior advisor for PB workflow optimization and process improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Resolve and manage a backlog of Epic PB and Claims tickets. Provide hands-on support for Professional Billing and Claims operations, with a focus on claims. Troubleshoot complex PB and Claims issues and drive resolution. Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvement. Partner with operational and technical teams to support day-to-day application needs. Serve as a senior resource while internal team members focus on project initiatives.
Required Qualifications Certifications:
Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification and Epic Claims Certification are required.
Experience:
Candidates must have strong Epic PB and Claims experience in a healthcare environment. A deep understanding of claims processing, denials, workqueues, and billing operations is necessary. Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex issues is also required.
Skills:
