General Liability Claims Representative — Orange County, CA We're working with a well-established organization seeking a General Liability Claims Representative to join their team in a self-insured environment. This is a high-impact role with real ownership of claims from day one — offering exposure to a wide range of liability matters and the opportunity to deepen your experience in investigation, evaluation, and resolution within a stable, long-term environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Handle general liability claims from intake through resolution Conduct investigations, gather statements, and evaluate liability Review coverage and assess damages Manage files, set reserves, and negotiate settlements Work with claimants, insureds, and legal stakeholders as needed

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience handling general liability claims or bodily injury claims Experience with California habitability-related claims or similar exposure preferred Familiarity with litigation or legal processes is a plus Strong communication and file management skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced claims environment
