Full Time (35 hours per week) The Insurance Processor is responsible for supporting member companies that participate in MMA sponsored employee benefit programs. Duties include data input, premium payment processing, customer service, and account management responsibilities while working closely with employers, carriers, and team members to ensure accurate and timely benefits.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, some college or related experience a plus Data entry experience Customer service experience Strong organizational skills and attention to details Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Accounts receivable experience helpful but not required Good oral and written communications skills Specific insurance or employee benefits experience a plus but not required.
