Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, healthcare, insurance, medical assistance, travel assistance, or call center operations. Experience working with medical providers, health insurance claims, billing, case management, or healthcare coordination. Familiarity with international assistance or insurance industry operations. Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly Spanish and/or Portuguese.
