- Support Medicare members, prescribers, and providers by processing coverage-related requests via phone and fax.
- Accurately set up cases, review documentation, and ensure timely processing of requests.
- Conduct outreach to members and providers to obtain necessary information for request completion.
- Document all case activity across systems accurately and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Collaborate with peers and management to resolve complex issues and participate in continuous learning. Critical Information
- Full-time remote position; must have a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
- Training hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST for the first 8 weeks, followed by rotating shifts between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST and weekend coverage as needed. Additional Information
