Responsibilities:
- + Claims Processing and Administration + Ensures that claims are analyzed for coverage, are adjusted, and paid properly within company guidelines.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Behavioral Characteristics:
- + Strong claims technical knowledge, and legal exposure is essential.
Claims Handling:
Expert knowledge of claims handling process from notification to settlement and recovery. + Strong Litigation Management Skills required. An understanding of relevant legal processes and procedures, litigation management, Attend mediations. + Excellent people skills: strong written communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively across various levels in the organization. + Capable of working and collaborating with virtual team members. + Ensure the use of best practices and compliance with all Company policies. + Approaching tasks proactively and anticipating needs. Thinking quickly and prioritizing multiple work streams. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word. + Some Travel for mediations. + Four-year college degree preferred. This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement. Candidates who live near one of our office locations (Hartford, CT, San Antonio, TX, Lake Mary, FL, Phoenix, AZ, Naperville, IL) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.- Compensation
- The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market.
- $127,200 The posted salary range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.
