As an Insurance Claims Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between insurance carriers, third-party administrators, legal counsel, dealership personnel, and internal business partners to ensure claims are investigated, documented, and resolved efficiently. Compensation:

$50-100k (Salary will be based on experience, role alignment, and transferable skills) Hybrid (Charleston, SC preferred but could be Remote with travel to corporate office as needed)

Mon-Friday/8am-5pm

The ideal candidate has experience reviewing and coordinating insurance claims involving property damage, general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and other commercial insurance matters. Highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism. Individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience with insurance claims representative handling for nationally recognized insurance carriers. Auto/Liability/Property preferred Track record of serving as the primary point of contact between insurance carriers, adjusters, third-party administrators, legal counsel, and dealership leadership. Proven experience monitoring claims throughout the lifecycle to ensure timely investigation, documentation, and resolution.
