Due to our continued growth, United Recovery and Remarketing is now seeking a detail oriented person for an immediate opening as a Consumer Relations Rep at our headquarters in Collierville, TN. This position pays up to $18 per hour with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:15-5:15pm.

Job Duties:

Enter, track, and manage claims using Customer Relationship Management software. Provide superior customer service via phone and email to customers, vendors, and clients. Communicate claims process to customers. Build rapport with our agent and lot staff and our vendor agent network. Prepare for and participate in weekly claims meetings.
