We are looking for detailed and self starter to join our team. The Warranty Analyst prepares, submits and track warranty claims Reconcile schedules for their locations Reviews paid claims for shortages or discrepancies Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the claims Communicate with their locations for missing information to file the claim Track and submit core returns to their locations Become familiar with the manufacturers policies and procedures Assist other analyst as needed Determine and enter the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, causal part and/or other required information to complete claim Must be familiar with Xcel.
