In this position, you will travel to the office, and the crew will travel to assignments in Virginia, process claims, and fly drones. As a trusted advisor, the position guides clientele through the process of insurance claims and remodels.

Requirements:

History of great customer service Detail Oriented Ability to multitask Must be punctual Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues. Must have a Valid Driver's license Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

Educate Clients on the Claim process Provide proof of damages to home owner using a drone. Collect payments Be on-site during repair
