WE'RE HIRING - INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES

Our independent insurance agency in Florence, Alabama is looking for a dependable, friendly person to join our team. We are primarily looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , and previous insurance experience—especially sales experience—is a big plus.

The position will include:

Helping current customers with policy questions and changes Answering phones and assisting customers in the office Working with multiple insurance companies to quote and service policies Following up with customers and prospects Identifying opportunities to write new business and cross-sell coverage Helping build long-term relationships with our customers We're looking for someone who is personable, dependable, organized, comfortable with computers, and good at communicating with people. An Alabama insurance license and prior agency experience are preferred, but we are willing to consider the right person who is eager to learn. This is an in-office position in Florence, Alabama with an established independent insurance agency.
