Job Summary West Insurance is looking for a licensed insurance agent to join our Concord office. This is a customer-facing role focused on helping people with their insurance, writing new business, servicing existing customers, and building relationships in the community. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates well, stays organized, follows through, and is comfortable learning different insurance systems and carrier websites. The right person should be motivated to grow their book of business, comfortable talking with new people, and willing to put in the effort it takes to develop leads, earn customers, and retain them through good service. What We're Looking For Current insurance license Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers, email, online systems, and learning new software Organized and able to manage multiple customers, leads, and tasks Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable prospecting, following up, and asking for the business Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $20/hour Bonus structure Paid holidays Paid time off Free gym membership This position is based in our Concord, Arkansas office.
