This role involves engaging with clients to provide insurance solutions, managing sales processes, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities and experience in outside sales or retail sales are highly valued. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering ongoing support Assist with marketing initiatives to promote insurance products and services Ensure compliance with industry regulations including HIPAA standards for confidentiality and data security Support benefits administration by explaining policy features, coverage options, and benefits to clients Requirements Proven experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with strong negotiation skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance products Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies Ability to work independently in outside sales environments as well as within a team setting Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships Multilingual proficiency is preferred to serve diverse client populations Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is advantageous. Must have a valid Drivers License. Must be 18 year old or older. Must pass a background check. Position will require licensing through the state and starts as performance based pay.
