Hiring Immediately | Established Agency | Consistent Lead Flow | Monday-Friday Limon Insurance Agency, a Farmers Insurance agency in Corona, CA, is looking for an experienced and licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing sales team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands how to quote, present, follow up, overcome objections, and close insurance business. If you are a producer who can sell but wants better leads, stronger systems, clear expectations, coaching, and a real opportunity to earn more , this may be the right fit. What You'll Be Selling Our producers help clients with: Auto Insurance Homeowners Insurance Renters Insurance Landlord / Rental Property Insurance Umbrella Insurance Life Insurance Commercial Insurance Additional insurance products based on client needs Our focus is on building complete client relationships through bundling and cross-selling , not simply selling one policy and moving on. What You'll Be Doing As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will: Contact new leads quickly and consistently Quote prospective customers Conduct professional insurance presentations Identify coverage gaps and additional insurance needs Present Auto and Home bundle opportunities Cross-sell Life, Umbrella, and other products Follow up with prospects who do not purchase immediately Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale Maintain accurate notes and activity inside our CRM Follow agency sales processes and workflows Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly production goals Build long-term relationships with clients

Who We're Looking For Required:

Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License Previous insurance sales experience Strong phone communication skills Comfortable presenting insurance and asking for the sale Ability to follow up consistently Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment Organized and able to use a CRM Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work full-time in our Corona office

Preferred:

Farmers Insurance experience Auto and Home insurance sales experience Life Insurance license Bilingual English/Spanish Experience working internet or purchased leads Experience cross-selling and bundling policies Compensation We want strong producers to have the opportunity to earn more when they produce more.
