This is a full-time, in-office sales role based in Escondido, CA. You will speak with prospects over the phone, provide insurance quotes, and help clients purchase home, auto, and umbrella policies. An active California Personal Lines Insurance License is required. We provide training, support, and a structured path to production. What You Will Do Speak with prospects over the phone Provide insurance quotes Follow up with leads Close new business This is a sales-focused role. No service work. Compensation You will earn the greater of a $20/hour minimum guarantee or performance-based commission. Earn 80% to 100% of agency commission based on performance. Salary Range:
