Sales or client-facing experience is a plus; insurance experience is preferred but not required. Valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one before starting. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Connect with qualified leads and identify their insurance needs. Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
