We're hiring an Agent in Training to join our team in Lakewood, CA. What You'll Do You'll work directly with prospective and existing clients while learning the sales and business side of an insurance agency.

Your responsibilities will include:

Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and local networking Speak with clients to understand their needs, priorities, and current insurance coverage Prepare quotes and explain coverage options in a clear and approachable way Sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and additional insurance products Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional protection Build relationships with both English and Spanish-speaking customers in the community Follow up with leads and existing clients consistently Work toward individual sales and production goals Keep client activity, leads, and follow-ups organized using CRM tools Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through training and coaching What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is personable, motivated, and ready to take ownership of their success.
