Qualifications Valid state license as an Insurance Agent with knowledge of licensing requirements and insurance regulation standards. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on client communication. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred. Familiarity with commercial insurance knowledge including health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for effective sales management and documentation. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options.
