We are seeking a licensed, motivated and people focused Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their auto ,homeowners and commercial insurance options while guiding them through the purchasing process. As an Insurance Agent, you will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best coverage tailored to their needs. Duties Quote and sell auto & homeowners insurance & provide excellent customer service Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to secure favorable agreements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details through effective sales administration. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies to provide informed advice. Skills Must be currently licensed (P&C) or actively pursuing am insurance license Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse clientele effectively. Experience with Hawksoft, FSC, PL rater etc. is highly desirable Experience with carriers such as Mercury, Progressive, Bamboo, Kemper etc is highly desirable Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions and presentations. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook A commitment to providing outstanding customer service that fosters long-term relationships with clients.
