Your Role:

As a vital part of our San Rafael team, you will: Engage with potential clients in Spanish and English through calls, texts, and walk-ins. Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend tailored auto, renters, and commercial solutions. Explain policy details, coverage options, and exclusions clearly and confidently. Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and close sales. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with payments and policy processing.

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. A go-getter with a great personality and a drive to hit sales goals. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
