Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Prior Sales Experience. Must be highly self-motivated. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Successful sales background. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
