What You'll Do Connect with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend coverage options Build and maintain lasting client relationships through excellent service and follow-up Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking Manage leads and sales activity using digital tools and CRM systems Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales goals What You'll Bring Active Property & Casualty insurance license (willingness to obtain Life) Sales experience and a passion for customer success Computer literacy and comfort using CRM and digital communication tools Bilingual skills in any language a strong plus Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional Ability to work both in-office and from home occasionally Why Join Us Competitive compensation: Base salary ($2,500-$3,000/month) + tiered commissions — the more you sell, the more you earn.
