This is a full-time, in-office sales role. You'll join an established agency as a full-time employee with a base salary and uncapped commission potential, working a consistent Monday-Friday schedule — prospecting new clients, building lasting relationships, and growing your book of business inside a team that knows how to win.

Active Colorado P&C license — or willingness to obtain one before your start date High school diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable managing a pipeline, following up consistently, and closing new business

Preferred:
