We're looking for a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Producer who communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of their results. You'll help individuals and families protect their homes, vehicles, and financial futures while building a book of business you can be proud of. This is not a call-center position, and you won't be handed a phone book and told to figure it out. We provide qualified leads, hands-on training, proven tools, and direct support from the agency owner. You bring the discipline, energy, and desire to succeed. Salary Range:
$35,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements What We're Looking For  Active
  • Property and Casualty insurance license
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills Ability to explain insurance coverage clearly without overwhelming the client Self-motivated and able to follow through without constant supervision Competitive, goal-oriented mindset balanced by integrity and genuine concern for clients Comfortable working toward measurable activity and production goals Strong organizational and pipeline-management skills Willingness to receive coaching and continually improve Team-first attitude with a strong sense of personal responsibility Previous insurance sales experience preferred •Helpful but not required:•Life and Health insurance license Medicare sales or service experience Current Medicare certifications Responsibilities What You'll Do  Work qualified, agency-provided leads and develop additional sales opportunities Build relationships with prospective clients and identify their insurance needs Quote and sell personal insurance products, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and related coverage Explain insurance clearly so clients can make informed, confident decisions Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate protection Cross-sell additional products when they genuinely benefit the client Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline from the first conversation through the close Maintain accurate client and prospect information in agency systems Meet established activity and production goals Build long-term client relationships that generate retention, referrals, and future opportunities Collaborate with the agency team to provide a positive client experience Assist with Medicare opportunities when applicable, based on experience, licensing, certifications, and agency needs
