We are looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping customers find the right insurance solutions, and earning uncapped commissions. What You'll Do Build relationships with new and existing customers. Sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products. Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, networking, and outbound calls. Understand customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty License preferred OR willingness to obtain the required license upon hire. Life & Health License is a plus. 1+ year of sales, customer service, insurance, retail sales, banking, financial services, business development, or account management experience preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward sales goals. Basic computer and CRM proficiency. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn. If you're passionate about sales and are ready to build a long-term career in the insurance industry, we'd love to hear from you—even if you're not licensed yet but are willing to obtain your Property & Casualty License.
