Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Minimum of three years of experience in insurance sales or agency management. Proven track record of building and maintaining a client base. Clear understanding of life, disability, and long-term care insurance products. Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated approach with a desire to build your own professional practice. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to grow your insurance portfolio within the Danbury area. Meet with individuals and business owners to assess their long-term financial security needs. Provide ongoing support to clients as their life circumstances and insurance needs evolve. Collaborate with our home office to streamline the application and underwriting processes. Mentor junior agents by sharing effective sales techniques and product knowledge. Attend community events to build brand awareness and foster local professional relationships.
