+ Career Growth Enterprise Risk Associates is growing and looking for an experienced Florida 2-20 licensed insurance professional to join our Bradenton team. Responsibilities Manage and service commercial and personal lines accounts Review policies, renewals, endorsements, audits, and coverage changes Prepare and present coverage options and insurance proposals Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters Follow up on renewals, service requests, policy changes, and account activity Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities Assist with new business development and agency growth initiatives Maintain accurate documentation in Applied Epic Deliver exceptional client service and account retention Qualifications Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License required Property & casualty insurance experience required Commercial lines experience preferred Independent agency experience preferred Applied Epic experience preferred Strong coverage knowledge and client relationship skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation & Benefits $28-$30 per hour based on experience Commission opportunities Health benefits 401(k) Paid vacation Paid sick time Continuing education support Professional development opportunities Career growth and advancement opportunities Schedule Monday-Friday Full-time In-office position Bradenton, FL We're looking for someone who wants more than just their next job.
