Job Description

Job Overview Evercare Insurance Group is seeking motivated licensed Medicare sales agents to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping Medicare beneficiaries while building a rewarding sales career, we'd love to hear from you. We provide inbound leads, a supportive environment, multiple Medicare carriers, and uncapped earning potential.

Competitive base pay + uncapped commissions Inbound calls provided - no cold calling Daily performance bonuses and weekly incentives Growth opportunities Supportive management Multiple Medicare carriers Full-time position 1099 Independent Contractor Duties Speak with Medicare-eligible individuals to educate them on plan options and assist with enrollments. Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate Medicare plans. Maintain compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines. Document client interactions accurately in the CRM. Qualifications Valid license as a Licensed Insurance Agent 215 or 240 required; must maintain licensure in good standing A minimum of five valid and active non-resident state licenses.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
