No previous insurance sales experience is required. Training and support are provided to help you learn our products, sales process, and customer approach. What You'll Do Connect with pre-qualified leads who have expressed interest in health insurance products. Speak with prospective customers by phone and other communication channels. Ask questions to understand customers' needs, priorities, and coverage goals. Explain available insurance options, features, and benefits in a clear and professional manner. Answer customer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process. Help customers compare available options based on their individual needs. Guide qualified customers through the application and enrollment process. Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM. Manage your pipeline and follow established sales processes. Participate in training and team meetings. Work toward individual and team sales goals. What We're Looking For No previous insurance sales experience is required. We're looking for individuals who are: Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and other communication channels. Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with new people. Compensation This position offers a base salary plus commission . Estimated annual earnings are $60,000-$120,000 , depending on individual sales performance and other factors.
