This is a full-time, on-site sales role in Deerfield Beach helping people compare Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans. Every call is inbound. No cold calling. Prior Medicare, ACA, or call-center experience is a plus. It is not required. What you'll do Take 100% inbound calls from people who already asked to talk about Medicare Help clients compare Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Part D plans Explain coverage in plain English and recommend the right fit Enroll clients and keep clean, compliant records Hit sales goals with support from coaches, team leads, and a floor that works together What we're looking for Motivated, coachable people who like talking to customers and closing Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based sales environment Willingness to get licensed in your first two weeks (we'll help, and you're paid while you do it) A 2-15 or 2-40 license is welcome if you already have one — not required to apply Pay Base pay + uncapped commission + bonuses Typical earnings: $80,000
