Your role will be to:

Connect with prospective customers Understand their healthcare and coverage needs Explain available ACA health plan options Guide customers through the enrollment process Complete enrollments accurately and compliantly Consistently achieve individual and team performance goals You'll receive training, ongoing support, proven sales processes, and the resources needed to succeed. The Work Environment This is a full-time, in-office position located in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Training & Experience No prior insurance sales experience is required. We provide 1-2 weeks of paid training covering our products, systems, enrollment process, compliance requirements, and sales approach. We're open to candidates with little to no insurance sales experience, provided they possess the required license, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed.
