Insurance Sales Representative

Isaac Stuiso State Farm Insurance Agency is currently seeking a tenacious and highly motivated individual to join our insurance sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales. Excellent phone communication skills are a must. Willingness to learn Responsibilities Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide appropriate coverage recommendations. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring clients' needs are met while achieving sales targets and objectives. Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training programs and professional development opportunities. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
