Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual Insurance Agent fluent in both Spanish and English to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients through outside sales, providing tailored insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to navigate negotiations effectively. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction across diverse communities. Duties Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients Provide comprehensive insurance consultations and product recommendations in both Spanish and English Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy processing Engage in negotiation to secure favorable terms for clients while meeting company goals Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential customers Assist clients with benefits administration and answer inquiries related to policies Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly Support telemarketing efforts by reaching out to prospective clients and following up on leads Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process Experience Previous experience in insurance sales or retail sales is preferred Must be licensed agent 440 or 220 with experience Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential Experience with outside sales, negotiation, and marketing strategies is advantageous Familiarity with sales administration, analysis skills, and benefits management will be beneficial Multilingual abilities beyond Spanish and English are a plus Proven ability to build relationships through effective communication and customer service skills This position offers an exciting opportunity for bilingual professionals passionate about insurance sales, customer engagement, and community outreach.
