Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual Insurance Agent / Retail Center Sales Consultant in Lakeland, FL for a contract/temporary opportunity in the health insurance industry. This customer-focused role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys helping individuals compare coverage options, understand plan benefits, and select health insurance solutions that fit their needs. This opportunity offers a fast-paced retail center environment where strong communication, consultative selling, and community engagement are valued.   • Consult with prospective and existing customers on health insurance products, benefits, plan options, and coverage needs.
  • Conduct plan comparisons, recommend appropriate solutions, and support customers through the sales and enrollment process.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales, retention, follow-up, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Manage leads through outbound calls, appointments, walk-in traffic, phone inquiries, and electronic customer interactions.
  • Identify at-risk customers, provide retention-focused solutions, and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
  • Participate in community events, networking, grassroots marketing, and local business development activities. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $24 to $26 per hour.
