Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Onsite Licensed Insurance Sales Rep to join a performance-driven health insurance sales team in Lakeland, FL. This contract opportunity is ideal for licensed insurance professionals who enjoy consultative selling, helping customers make informed coverage decisions, and working toward clear sales and service goals. In this onsite role, you will speak with prospective and existing customers, explain health insurance product options, overcome buying obstacles, and support customers through the enrollment process. The environment is team-oriented, structured, and focused on training, coaching, compliance, and continuous improvement.   • Present and explain recommended health insurance solutions, including product benefits, features, services, and processes.
  • Generate sales through qualified inbound calls and outbound opportunities while meeting client expectations.
  • Identify customer needs, build rapport, overcome buying obstacles, and recommend appropriate product options.
  • Cross-sell relevant insurance offerings and help customers select suitable health coverage solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, resolve questions when possible, and support the application and enrollment process.
  • Follow approved scripts, policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance procedures. Compensation and Benefits

  • Anticipated start date is approximately October 20.
  • English-speaking licensed representatives: $25.75 per hour.
  • Spanish-speaking licensed representatives: $26.
