English & Spanish required About the Position We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry , hold an active 4-40 insurance license , and be comfortable assisting customers in both English and Spanish. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule . Our office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM , and the selected candidate should be available to work some Saturdays as needed. Compensation Competitive base salary Competitive commission structure based on sales Opportunity to increase overall earnings through sales performance Responsibilities Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide excellent customer service. Generate and follow up on insurance leads. Explain coverage options, policies, and available products to customers. Prepare quotes and assist customers throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle customer questions and provide knowledgeable insurance guidance. Meet individual and team sales goals. Maintain accurate customer and policy information. Qualifications Active 4-40 insurance license required. Minimum 1 year of insurance experience , preferably in a sales role. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a flexible schedule and be available for occasional Saturdays. Professional, dependable, and motivated attitude. Schedule Our office is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM . This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule . Candidates must be willing to work occasional Saturdays based on business needs.
