Duties Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing initiatives, to identify their insurance needs. Explain policy options clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and negotiate terms to secure client agreements that meet their requirements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, follow-up support, and ongoing client communication. Administer sales processes using CRM systems and other sales administration tools to track leads, manage client data, and streamline workflows. Stay informed about industry regulations, insurance products (including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance), and market trends to provide accurate advice. Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend suitable coverage options while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Assist clients with benefits administration and claims support, ensuring a smooth experience from policy purchase to ongoing service. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or related financial services. Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Knowledge of insurance regulation, health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM system platforms for sales tracking and client management. Exceptional customer service skills combined with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships. Analytical skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options. Experience in benefits administration and understanding of insurance sales processes within regulated environments.
