From there, we'll give you the training, coaching, and leads you need to thrive. What You'll Do As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you'll guide prospective customers through the sales process from the first conversation all the way to enrollment. Connect with prospective customers over the phone; warm leads provided. Ask thoughtful questions to understand customers' needs and coverage goals. Explain health insurance options in a clear, easy-to-understand way. Recommend solutions based on each customer's individual needs. Work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For Required:

An active Health insurance license (in good standing). You'll be a strong fit if you also have: Strong verbal communication skills. The ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. A goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset. A genuine willingness to learn insurance products and sales techniques. Previous sales, customer service, healthcare, retail, or insurance experience is a plus — but newly licensed and motivated candidates are absolutely encouraged to apply. Compensation & Growth This is a Base + Commission opportunity with an expected earning range of approximately $70,000-$185,000 annually , based on performance.
