About Harper Title Company Harper Title Company is a locally owned title insurance and settlement company serving Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and the surrounding Gulf Coast. We handle residential and commercial closings with a team of experienced closers and processors who put service and accuracy first. The Role We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Title Insurance Sales Representative to grow our referral base among realtors, lenders, builders, and investors. You will build and maintain relationships across the local real estate community and turn them into consistent closing volume. Compensation & Benefits $40,000 base salary plus commissions Health insurance provided 10 days paid vacation per year Responsibilities Develop new business with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, builders, attorneys, and investors Visit brokerages and attend office meetings, open houses, and industry events Maintain a consistent cadence of client touches and track contacts and pipeline activity Work closely with our closers and transaction coordinator so every referred file closes smoothly Represent Harper Title at REALTOR® association and community events Report weekly on activity, new relationships, and opened files Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in title, mortgage, real estate, or another relationship-based B2B field (title experience strongly preferred) Established network in the Pensacola / Gulf Breeze / Baldwin County real estate market is a major plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Florida Title Agent license preferred, or willingness to obtain Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media
